CEA Marketing was approached by DHRUV Development to help enter the luxury new construction residential market with their new multi-million dollar project, Odessa Preserve, a luxurious gated community in Hillsborough County, Florida. Referred to us through word of mouth after our successful launch of Metro’s Epperson Lagoon Communities, DHRUV Development had heard about our reputation for excellence. This community required a comprehensive digital presence, including a website and signage, to establish awareness and generate leads.

The primary objectives were to create a growth-driven website that showcases the opulence and sophistication of Odessa Preserve's bespoke concrete block homes and to establish a lead capturing system. The goal was to increase awareness of the community, attract potential homebuyers, and provide DHRUV Development with the tools to nurture and convert leads. Additionally, developing a cohesive brand strategy to convey luxury and exclusivity was essential.
